When Aberdeens six-time, five division world champion, Lee McAllister faces Ghana's Richmond Djarbeng tonight there will be more than just pride on the line! It was announced late last night that the World Boxing Organisation (WBO) will allow the fight to be contested for one of their regional titles when the fighters collide in the ring at the Northern Hotel in Aberdeen.

McAllister has also announced that he has negotiated with the Professional Boxing Council (PBC) to get permission to also defend the PBC Intercontinental title, along with the Ghana National Championship, which was won with a third round stoppage over Collinson Korley in Accra, Ghana on the 7th March this year.

Lee McAllister Vs. Richmond Djarbeng - The Rematch! Will headline and be globally broadcast as part of the LET BATTLE COMMENCE IV fight promotion, in association with ACREO, Bounty Competitions, Panda Rosa Metals, Empire Pro Tape and GO Sports & Entertainment.

There have been some drastic last minute changes to the undercard due to some issues for some of the original international fighters who were due to take part.

WBC Asia Champ Neeraj Goyat and fellow Indian boxer Sukhdepp Singh were unable to secure flights due to the rise of COVID and India being added to the UK Governments "red list".

Similar fates also befell Nicaragua's Christian Narvaez, and Jose Aguilar, who were due to face Nathan Beattie and Jose Aguilar respectively.

Angelica Finch who was also due to appear had to withdraw from the card as a replacement opponent could not be secured in time following her original opponent, Carly Mackenzie before forced to also withdraw from the card.
